背部小汗腺汗孔瘤1例

A Case of Eccrine Poroma on Back

患者男,85岁。背部淡红色结节2年,不痛不痒,皮损逐渐增大,中央反复破溃。皮损组织病理示:与表皮相连的瘤细胞团呈宽幅度向真皮深层增殖,瘤体内可见囊腔及导管样结构,瘤细胞稍小于棘细胞,立方形,可见细胞间桥,核仁明显,未见明显核分裂相。诊断:小汗腺汗孔瘤。

A 85 vear-ohl male developed a reddish nodule on his back for 2 years, which enlarged gradually, and ulcer- ated in the central area repeatedly. The patient felt no pain and itching. Histopathology showed that prolifera- tion of tumor cells connected epidermis to dermis with a wide range, and cysts and duct-like structures ap- peared in the body of tumor. Tumor cells were smaller than the spinous cells, cuboidal,with visible intercel- lular bridge, pr,,minent nucleoli, lint no obvious mitotic＇. Intel^titial myxoid degeneration and vascular dilata- tion were also observed. A final diagnosis of Eccrine Poroma was made.
