摘要
患者男,22岁,面部出现红疹4个月,左侧面部见不规则形状水肿性红斑及斑块,部分皮疹中央轻度退行,皮疹表面少许细薄脱屑。组织病理及阿新蓝染色诊断为毛囊黏蛋白病。采用大柴胡汤合凉血五花汤治疗,疗效满意。
A 22-year-old male presented with multiple irregular erythema and plaque on his left lace for 4 months. There was mild regression in the center of lesions, with s a bit of thin scale on the surfaee. The histopathologieal ex- amination of the lesions and aleian blue stain diagnosed follicular mucinosis. Treatment with daisaikoto and Liangxuewuhuatang gained good clinical results.
