颈内动脉支架完全断裂伴血栓形成1例及文献复习
摘要
目的探讨颈内动脉(ICA)支架断裂的临床特点、发生机制及治疗。方法回顾性分析ICA支架断裂伴血栓形成患者的临床表现、影像学特点和治疗方法,结合复习相关国内外文献进行讨论。结果 1例36岁患者ICA支架置入术1年后支架断裂伴血栓形成,并新发脑梗死。给予支架再置入衔接断裂支架残端、恢复脑血流。结论支架断裂可产生严重并发症,目前研究报道较少,应引起足够重视。
