D-半乳糖诱发的衰老对大鼠下颌下腺p16/Rb细胞信号转导通路的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨D-半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老对下颌下腺p16/Rb细胞信号转导通路的影响。方法 D-半乳糖诱导大鼠衰老模型,取下颌下腺制备组织切片,免疫组化染色显示磷酸化cyclinD1蛋白的表达;Western印迹法检测p16、非磷酸化Rb蛋白含量。结果衰老模型组大鼠下颌下腺细胞磷酸化cyclinD1蛋白的表达较正常组明显降低(P<0.01);Rb和p16表达模型组较正常组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 D-半乳糖诱发的大鼠下颌下腺细胞衰老与细胞p16/Rb转导通路的阻滞密切相关。 Objective To explore the variation of glandular cell pl6/Rb signal transduction pathway in submandibular glands of ag ing rats induced by D-galactose. Methods Dotal rat models were made with D-galactose treatment. The submandibular glands were made in to tissue sections. SP immunohistoehemistry method was used to detect the expression changes of cyclinD1 and Western blotting method was used to examine P16 and nonphosphorylation Rb protein. Resdts The expression of cyclinD1 in model groups were significantly lower than that of normal rats. Both the p16 and nonphosphorylation Rb protein contents in model rats were significantly higher than those of normal rats (P 〈0. O1 ).
