蛙皮抗菌肽Brevinin-2Gub对2型糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖和胰岛素水平的影响

Pharmacological effects of frog skin brevinin-2Gub on type 2 diabetes rats

目的观察蛙皮抗菌肽Brevinin-2Gub对2型糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖和胰岛素水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养结合腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分成糖尿病组及Brevinin-2Gub治疗低、中、高剂量组,并设立正常对照组和正常给药组以及格列苯脲组。分别在Brevinin-2Gub各剂量组治疗3、7及14 d后,检测大鼠体重、空腹血糖和血清胰岛素变化。结果 Brevinin-2Gub中剂量组能够显著促进正常大鼠胰岛素分泌,但对体重、血糖没有显著影响,与糖尿病组比较,Brevinin-2Gub各剂量给药组大鼠体重显著上升、胰岛素水平均有明显升高,血糖明显降低,但变化幅度均低于格列苯脲。结论 Brevinin-2Gub可有效改善2型糖尿病大鼠糖尿病消耗症状,降低大鼠血糖,同时促进胰岛素分泌。

Objective To observe the effect of Brevinin-2Gub on the blood glucose and insulin level in type 2 diabetic mellitus （T2DM） rats. Methods T2DM model was successfully established by feeding high-fat, high-sugar diet and injecting low-dose streptozoto cin. T2DM rats were intervened with high, middle and low dose Brevinin-2Gub for 2 weeks. Rats were divided into normal control, normal treatment, positive treatment and the high, middle, low Brevinin-2Gub intervention groups. After treated with Brevinin-2Gnb for 3, 7, 14 days, body weight, blood glucose and insulin releasing change of rats were observed. Results When compared with T2DM group,the blood glucose was significantly lower and the body weight and insulin level was significantly higher. Conduslons The intervention of the certain dose Brevinin-2Gub in T2DM rats can significantly reduce blood glucose level,increase insulin secretionand weight.
