股二头肌长头肌皮瓣联合股后筋膜皮瓣修复坐骨结节压力性溃疡 被引量:2

摘要 坐骨结节部压力性溃疡一旦发生常波及坐骨结节滑液囊,引起滑液囊感染,由于口小底大,引流不畅,使感染反复发作,形成管壁很厚的瘘管,使压力性溃疡经久不愈^[1]。血运丰富的肌瓣即股二头肌长头V-Y推进肌皮瓣覆盖骨突出及填塞压力性溃疡腔隙是有效办法。传统治疗多选用岛状股二头肌皮瓣修复创面,在此基础上,笔者采用半V形股二头肌长头肌皮瓣联合股后筋膜皮瓣修复坐骨结节压力性溃疡,疗效满意。
