摘要
自噬因其具有降解和回收线粒体、内质网等细胞器的功能,在维持细胞稳态上扮演了一个重要的角色,是广泛存在于真核细胞中的生命现象。它与很多疾病的形成、发展和治疗均密切相关。本文就自噬与衰老、线粒体、肿瘤以及阿尔兹海默病的相互关联作一概述,阐述了它对抗衰老、抗肿瘤和减少阿尔兹海默病发生的意义,并简要介绍自噬及它的发展前景。
Autophagy, as a conserved lysosomal, self-destructive process, plays a crucial role in cellular homeostasis through the degradation and recycling of organelles. It widely exists in eukaryotic ceils and is associaled with many diseases' formation, development and treatment. This review overviews the relevance of autophagy with aging, mitochondria, tumor and AD, and also expounds autophagy' s positive significance of anti-aging, anti-tumor and reducing the occurrence of Alzheimer' s disease.
