摘要
Ca^(2+)、钙调蛋白(calmodulin,CaM)和交感神经(sympathetic nerves,SN)在心血管系统生理病理变化及经脉穴位的效应中发挥着重要作用。本文系统分析了Ca^(2+)-CaM在心肌功能活动中和心肌缺血中的效应,在药物干预心血管功能活动中的介导效应及其介导的经穴-脏腑相关的效应;SN在经穴-脏腑相关中的介导效应,在心血管生理功能和病理变化中的效应,CaM与SN的相关性以及二者在心脏、经脉穴位效应中的可能机制。发现Ca^(2+)-CaM和SN与心脏、经脉穴位密切相关。目前很少有人关注Ca^(2+)-CaM和SN在心脏与经脉穴位相关过程中的变化规律和机制。因此,基于Ca^(2+)-CaM和SN探讨心脏-经脉经穴相关的双向效应和机制,将会为经络的理论研究提供一个新的思路,值得深入探讨。
Ca^2+, calmodulin (CaM) and sympathetic nerves (SN) play an important role on the pathophysiological changes of the vascular system and the effect of acupoints. By systematically analyzing the effect of Ca^2+ -CaM on myocardial activity and on ischemia, the conductive effect of Ca^2+ -CaM on drugs that intervene in cardiovascular functions of Ca^2+ -CaM and SN on the correlation between the channel points and zang-fu organs, intervention of SN on the correlation between the channel points and zang-fu organs, the effect of SN on the pathophysiological changes of the vascular system, correlation between CaM and sympathetic nerves, mechanism of Ca^2+ -CaM and sympathetic nerves in the effect of heart and channel acupoints, it has been found that Ca^2+ -CaM and the sympathetic nerves are closely related to the heart and channel acupoints. At present, few people pay close attention to the mechanisms of Ca^2+ -CaM and SN in the correlation between the heart and acupoints. Therefore, our survey of the correlation between the heart and acupoints based on calmodulin and sympathetic nerves will open a new perspective for theoretical research. It is worthwhile to further investigate into channel points.
