高压氧联合星状神经节超激光照射治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察 被引量:3

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with stellate ganglion super laser irradiation in the hyperbaric chamber on patients with acute ischemic stroke

摘要 目的探讨高压氧舱内高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)联合星状神经节超激光照射治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者运动、认知和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法经患者知情同意,将60例患者分为超激光组(HBO+氧舱内星状神经节超激光照射治疗)和对照组(单纯HBO),每组30例。采用NFD、Fugl—Meyer评定运动功能;MMSE评定认知功能;FM戌评定日常生活活动能力;Barthel指数进行日常生活评分(activities of daily living,ADL)。结果治疗后,超激光组ADL评分75~90的患者数(118例)较对照组(8例)增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。超激光组患者NFD、Fugl—Meyer、MMSE及FMA较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论HBO治疗联合星状神经节超激光照射可提高脑梗死患者运动功能、认知功能和日常生活活动能力。 Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) combined with stellate ganglion super laser irradiation in the hyperbaric chamber on the motor function, cognitive function and daily life activities of the patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into 2 groups: the super laser irradiation group (with HBO + stellate ganglion super laser irradiation) and the control group (with HBO only). Motor function was evaluated with the neural function device (NFD) and Fugl-Meyer; cognitive function was assessed with mini-mental state exam (MMSE), daily life activity was assessed with FMA; and activities of daily living (ADL) were assessed with Barthel. Results Following treatment, ADL scores of both groups all increased, with the scores of the super laser irradiation group increasing more significantly than those of the control group. The scores of NFD, Fugl-Meyer, MMSE and FMA for the super laser irradiation group increased more significantly than those of the con^ol group. Conclusions HBO combined with stellate ganglion super laser irradiation in the hyperbaric chamber could effectively improve the motor function, cognitive function and daily life activities of the patients with acute ischemic stroke.
