激光辅助孵化在冻融胚胎移植中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期应用激光辅助孵化(AH)的效果。方法回顾分析2012年6月~12月我生殖中心FET资料,常规采用玻璃化冷冻卵裂期胚胎,复苏后对于透明带异常或年龄≥35岁或种植失败≥1次或胚胎质量差患者选择性应用激光辅助孵化处理(激光削薄透明带长度为30~40μm,深度为透明带外2/3)。结果FET198个周期,总临床妊娠率53.54%,AH共155个周期,冷冻胚胎复苏率92.06%,平均移植胚胎2.54±0.70个,临床妊娠率为51.61%,种植率25.64%,流产率15.0%,多胎率23.75%,无单卵双胎发生。结论选择性对玻璃化冻融卵裂期胚胎实施激光辅助孵化可获得满意的FET临床妊娠率。
