我国技术市场发展进入新格局,技术转移已成为技术市场发展的主线,但技术市场仍存在体制机制尚不健全、相关优惠政策贯彻落实不到位、信息平台建设尚未完善、统计工作还不规范、监督管理体系缺位等问题。为更好发挥技术市场配置资源的基础作用,需进一步制定和完善技术市场相关政策法规、落实技术市场税收优惠政策、建立健全信息平台组织管理体系、规范技术市场统计工作、加强技术市场的监督管理等。
