人未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟技术是辅助生殖医学研究的热点,本文就未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟是否给予FSH/hCG刺激,体外培养系统中添加促性腺激素、雌激素、卵丘细胞、糖和氨基酸及生长因子和卵泡液的益处,临床应用及出生后代的安全性进行了综述,未成熟卵体外成熟技术已成为一项有着广阔应用和发展前景的技术。
