摘要
研究采用硫代硫酸钠、半胱氨酸、与酵母菌混合培养等3种不同除氧方法对丁酸梭菌(Clostridium butyricum)培养的影响。实验结果表明,硫代硫酸钠最佳添加量为0.004g/mL,丁酸梭菌生物量达3.49×108个/mL;半胱氨酸最佳添加量为0.004g/mL,丁酸梭菌生物量达4.24×108个/mL;与酵母菌混合培养,当丁酸梭菌与酵母菌接种菌体量比是0.517时,丁酸梭菌生物量达最大值5.238×107个/mL,酵母菌生物量为1.68×106个/mL。
Three ways of oxygen removal were used in this study, which included sodium thiosulfate, cysteine, and mixture culture of Clostridium butyricum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results showed that sodium thiosulfate optimal concentration at 0.004g/ml, the biomass of C. butyicum reached a maximum value 3.49×10^8cell/ml, while cysteine optimal concentration at 0.004g/ml, the biomass of C butyricum reached a maximum value 4.24×10^8cell/ml. The proportion of inoculation between C butyricum and S. cerevisiae was 0.517, the biomass of C. buty6cum reached a maximum value 5.238×10^7cell/ml, and the biomass of S. cerevisiae reached 1.68× 10^6cell/ml.
