失业是商品经济发展的产物 ,与社会制度无关。资本主义存在 ,社会主义也存在。资本有机构成的提高是失业的重要原因。失业的形式在不同发展阶段有不同的表现。失业对社会经济发展有一定的积极作用。但也不能忽视其消极作用 ,必须认真对待。

Unemployment is the outcome of commodity economy.It his nothing to do with social systems.Unemployment exists in socialism as well as in capitalism.Organic composition of capital is the dominant factor for unemployment.The unemployment pattern comes out different at different developing stages.Unemployment plays an important and active part in the economic development of the society.This does not mean that we can neglect its negative effect on the society.We must pay serious regard to it.\;
