基层医院严重创伤性肝破裂23例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment analysis of 23 cases of Severe traumatic rupture of the Liver in basic hospital

目的探讨基层医院救治严重创伤性肝破裂的经验与体会。方法 2008年3月至2013年3月间我院共收治23例严重创伤性肝破裂,对其临床资料作一回顾性分析。结果 23例全部实施手术治疗,治愈17例(73.9%),死亡6例(26.1%)。结论处理严重创伤性肝破裂应在积极抗休克同时抓紧时机手术,术中选取恰当的止血方式,同时重视围手术期处理,可提高其抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the experence of treatment of severe traumatic rupture of the liver in basic hospital.Methods Clinical data of 23 cases of severe traumatic rupture of the liver from Mar.2004 to Mar.2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the 23 cases treated by operation,17 cases were cured（73.9％）,6 cases of death （26.1％）.Conclusions Positive treatment of shock and seizing the opporyunity of operation,selecting the appropriate intraoperative hemostasis,also paying attention to surround operation period processing,can improve the success rate of rescue of severe traumatic rupture of the liver.
