铁过载与血液系统造血紊乱的相关研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 铁过载是由于机体内铁供给超过铁的需要、铁利用障碍、相关基因突变等原因而导致铁在某些组织器官中贮存增加的病理现象。近年来研究发现,铁过载常见于地中海贫血、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、急性髓系白血病(AML)等血液系统疾病,过量的铁与血液系统造血紊乱密切相关,对机体有十分重要的危害。目前铁过载问题已得到了学者们的日益关注。 Summary Because the body's ability to discharge iron is relative inadequate,excessive intake of iron in the body can easily lead to iron overload. It can cause damage to the body. The mechanisms are as follows:iron overload directly damages DNA,oxidative stress impairs proteins,lipids and DNA which promotes apoptosis,induces turmor suppressor gene mutations and cause cancer cell proliferation. Iron overload is common in some hematological dis- eases and excessive iron is closely related to blood hematopoietic disorders. It can inhibit bone marrow, promote he- matologic malignant cell proliferation and seriously affect prognosis. However, effective therapy for iron overload can reverse this phenomenon.
