中国农村集体经济制度改革已经成为农村体制改革的深水区,由此引发的各种社会问题与矛盾不断累积。在此,广东南海一直处在制度与体制改革创新的前沿。"政经分离"是南海探索适应新时期发展需要的一种新型农村集体经济发展模式。分析和研究这一新生事物对破解"城乡二元结构"、解决农村发展深层次问题具有理论与现实指导意义。

The reformation of China＇s rural collective economy system has been in the deep-water dis- trict, which caused various social problems and increasing social contradiction accordingly. Hereon, Nanhai in Guangdong Province has always been the frontier of the innovation of the system and structure reformation. The mode of ＂separation of politics and economy＂, explored and raised by Nanhai, is a new pattern for rural collective economic development at the new age. TO analyze and study such new term provides theoretical and practical guidance for cracking the ＂urban-rural dualistic structure＂ and solving the key problems in rural development.
