企业转型升级,努力构建核心竞争力是大势所趋,其目的是提升企业核心竞争力。坚定的信心和自信、积极进取的主体精神是推动转型升级、提高企业核心竞争力的首要条件。企业的转型升级、构建核心竞争力是系统工程,必须要与政府、社会和谐共振。
It is the general tendency for enterprises to restructure and upgrade for the purpose of enhan- cing core competitiveness. Firm confidence, positive and innovative spirits have been the prime condition and premise to push restructuring and improving core competitiveness. Enterprises＇ transformation, up- grading, and constructing core competitiveness are systematically engineering, which must be consistent with the pace of government policies and social harmony.
