摘要
铝酸钠溶液的化学分析对铝酸钠溶液的科学研究和氧化铝的生产过程非常重要,然而由于传统分析方案设计不合理,导致经典的"EDTA配合+酸碱中和"连续滴定化学分析方法误差可达3%以上,难以满足当前科学研究和生产实践的高精度要求。本文在误差分析的基础上,分别设计了适用于科研过程和生产过程的两套高精度化学分析方案,误差计算结果表明:科研用分析方案最大误差在0.6%左右,生产用分析方案最大误差在0.3%左右。相对于传统化学分析方案,整体分析误差降低很多。
Chemical analysis of the sodium aluminate solution is very important for research of the sodium aluminate solution and alumina production process. Due to the unscientific traditional scheme of the chemical analysis, the error of the classical chemical analysis method of sequence titration, "ED- TA complexation + neutralization of acids and base", is great to 3% or above, which is unable to meet the high precision requirements of the current sci- entific research and the practical production. Basing on the error analysis, two sets of schemes of the highly accurate sequence chemical analysis are given applicable to scientific research and the practical production, respectively. The results of the error calculations show that, the greatest relative error of chemical analysis of the new scheme for scientific research is about 0.6%, and that is about 0.3% for practical production. In contrast to the traditional scheme, the errors of chemical analyses have been decreased effectively.
