摘要
铝水平、槽电压这两项技术条件在电解槽生产过程中属主要参数,对大型电解槽稳定安全运行的重视和低电压工艺广泛应用,更是体现这两项技术条件管理的中心作用。铝水平关系到电解槽长期稳定运行,槽电压直接关系到电解槽的电耗及电流效率两项重要经济指标。本文就生产过程铝水平管理与电解槽的稳定运行、槽电压与综合效益的关系进行了一些新的管理思路探讨。
Abstract : The pot voltage and metal level are two important parameters for safe and stable operation and application of low voltage process during aluminum reduction production. The metal level affects the stable operation of the pot for long term and the pot voltage directly relates with power consumption and current efficiency. In this paper the new management ideas about the relationship between the metal level management and stable operation of pot and the relationship between the pot voltage and comprehensive benefits during aluminum reduction production are discussed.
