摘要
通过对平均电压和电流效率的分析,找出影响直流电耗的因素,并在影响直流电耗的诸多因素中再进行分解得出关键性的因素。筛选出系列生产中的高能耗槽,通过调整这些高能耗槽的关键性参数,使高能耗电解槽的电耗明显降低。
After influences of factors on direct current consumption are analyzed, it is found that key factors are average voltage and current efficiency. Through key parameters of pots with high energy consumption selected from potline are adjusted, the current consumption of pots are obviously reduced.
