摘要
产品服务系统为客户提供包含产品与服务的整体解决方案,通过服务与产品的有效集成为制造业创造了新的发展机遇。PSS具有设计对象的融合性和设计过程的复杂性等特点,传统的设计理论和方法难以满足其新的设计要求,需要充分运用定量化、智能化的设计方法来实现PSS的可靠设计。在总结国内外理论研究和实际应用现状的基础上,从统一建模、设计决策和设计优化3个方面提出了PSS设计领域中现存的问题,并给出了今后研究需要突破的方向。
Product Service System(PSS)can provide customers integrated solutions including products and services.It can create new developing opportunities for manufacturing engineering through the effective integration of services and products.The traditional design theories and methods cannot meet the new design requirements when considering PSS's fusion of design objects and complexity of design process.Reliable design of PSS is required to make full use of quantitative and intelligent methods.From the three aspects of unified modeling,design decision-making and design optimization,the existing problems and future research directions are proposed based on summarizing theoretical research and practical application of domestic and international situation.
