摘要
本课题从目前我国香附产量较大4个主产区采集6份样品进行总黄酮成分含量质量对比研究.以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,对不同地区香附中总黄酮含量进行测定.海南产香附中的总黄酮含量最高.
This paper studied Cyperus rotundus L. which have collected six samples and studied Cyperus rotundu's Cyperus rotundus L. of total flavonoids content was measured. yields in the four main producing areas of China. We quality of total flavonoid content. The different Hainan production of Cyperus rotundus L. has thehighest content.
