摘要
为应对体制编制调整所带来的人力资源不足的难题,军队医院普遍采用了从地方招聘卫生技术人员的做法,这对于军队医院而言,既充实了医院的技术力量,又为管理带来了新的任务和挑战。本文结合某军队医院的实际情况,分析该院在使用和管理聘用制人员中发现的问题,为军队医院提高对聘用制人员的管理水平,从管理制度、服务意识和管理方法等几个方面,提出对策和建议,以提高医院的卫勤保障能力,提升为部队服务质量,促进医院的科学发展。
To solve the problem of the lack of human resources, military hospitals always employs civilian medical technical staff. This measure does not only strengthen the human resource of hospitals, but bring new chal- lenges for human resources management. According to the current situation of certain military hospital, the article analyzed the existing problems in the management of employed staff. In order to enhance the service capability and quality, the article also put forward some suggestions from management level, management regulation, service awareness, and management methods.
