摘要
通过对城市暴乱的性质特点的总结分析,针对部队完成反恐防暴行动卫勤保障任务,从预案、人员、物资、通讯、院前抢救转运等方面进行综述。
Abstract The authors analyzed the characteristics of urban rebellion. According to the medical support mission of anti- terrorism and riot, the author summarized the requirements from preplan, personnel, materials,communication, pre -hospital rescue, and so on.
