高原高寒地域适应性训练卫勤保障实践

Practice on Implementing Adaptive Training of Medical Support under High Latitude and Cold Environment

2012年8—9月,某部组织部分官兵首次远程机动至高原高寒地域进行适应性训练。针对演练时间长、机动距离远、演习规格高、保障任务重的实际,克服缺氧环境、复杂地域、恶劣气候的影响,充分检测内陆部队进驻高原参训官兵生理指标变化特点和适应能力,深入探索研究未来内陆部队赴高原地区遂行机动支援卫勤保障面临的问题和对策。

Certain unit organized firstly a long- range mobile to implement adaptive training in the high latitude and cold area from August to September 2012. In the process, the personnel should face the following diffi- culties, such as long time drill, long distance mobility, high requirements and heavy task. The personnel overcame the difficulties of hypoxia, complex terrain and bad weather. The military operation fully tested the changing char- acteristic of physiological index and adaptability of the soldiers to high latitude and cold area for training. It ex- plored the question and countermeasures for interior troops implementing combat mission of medical support in high latitude and cold area.
