摘要
《中药的离子透析》实验是中药学专业《物理化学》实验课程中的一门实验,其原理是选择合适孔径的半透膜模拟皮肤的结构,作为透析袋,通过测定透析袋内外溶液的导电性,进而推测透析袋的通透性及离子的迁移情况,模拟中药离子透析的原理和过程。通过电导法和电流法探讨了该教学实验的条件和过程,期望设计出完善的实验方法用于实验教学。
The experiment of ion dialysis with traditional Chinese Medicine belongs to the experimental course of Physical Chemistry for student in pharmacy. Its principle is to select a kind semi - permeable membrane with appropriate aperture to simulate the skin structure as dialysis bags firstly, then measure the conductivity of the solution inside and outside the dialysis bags, thus speculate the permeability of the dialysis bag and the migration of ions to simulate the principle and process of ion dialysis with Traditional Chinese Medicine. The conditions and processes are being studied to design a sound experimental methods used for experimental teaching by conductivity and the current method.
