摘要
肾结核是常见的肺外结核之一,通常被忽视,诊断治疗不及时会引起严重的后果。目前西医治疗肾结核可采用化疗或肾脏切除术,但是化疗药物有对肝肾损害等副作用及外科手术会给病者带来不少的恐惧、痛苦、经济上的重大损失,而中医药具有抑菌、杀菌及增强免疫功能,改善相关临床症状,提高临床疗效及降低或减轻化疗药物的毒副作用的优势,所以本文简要地概述近年来有关中医药治疗肾结核的研究进展。
Renal tuberculosis is one of the common extrapulmonary tuberculosis.It is usually ignored.It could cause serious consequences without timely diagnosis and treatment.Currently,renal tuberculosis can be treated by chemotherapy or nephrectomy in western medicine,but chemotherapy have some side effects such as liver and kidney damage;surgical operation could bring patient about a lot of fear,pain,economically significant losses.While Chinese medicine have many advantages,for example,antibacterial and antiseptic activity,enhancing immune function,improving clinical symptoms,improving clinical efficiency and reducing the toxic side effects of chemotherapy drugs.So this paper summarizes briefly research progresses about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of renal tuberculosis in recent years.
