摘要
目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔酊局部治疗斑秃的疗效及其对外周血IFN-γ、IL-10水平的影响。方法:选取斑秃患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组口服灵丹片,于皮损处外涂米诺地尔酊;观察组在此基础上,再给予复方甘草酸苷片;两组疗程均为3个月,治疗前后观察SALT评分、血清IFN-γ和IL-10水平,评价临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组总有效率分别为91.67%、71.67%(P<0.05),SALT评分均不同程度的降低,且观察组SALT评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IFN-γ水平降低,IL-10升高(P<0.05),且与对照组相应指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为1.67%、3.33%(P>0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔酊局部治疗斑秃具有较高的临床总有效率,改善了斑秃的皮损状况,调节Th1/Th2细胞因子趋于平衡,且具有较高的安全性,对斑秃的临床治疗具有一定的指导借鉴意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of treating alopecia areata by compound Glycyrrhizin combined with locally applied minoxidil and the influence on serum IFN-γ and IL-10. Methods: 120 cases with alopecia areata were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases per group. Patients in control group were given oral Lingdan tablets and locally applied rninoxidil, and patients in observation group were given compound glycyrrhizin tablets based on control group, and they were all treated for 3 months. The SALT score, serum IFN-γ/and IL-10 in two groups were tested before and after treatment, clinical efficacy were evaluated, and adverse reaction were noted. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group and control group were 91.67% and 71.67% respectively (P 〈0.05), and SALT scores were both decreased on varying degrees, yet observation group's SALT scores were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). Observation group's serum IFN-γ decreased and IL-10 increased (P〈0.05), and there were statistical difference on corresponding index compared with control group (P〈0,05). Adverse reaction incidence in observation group and control group were 1.67% and 3.33% respectively (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: It has higher total efficiency of treating severe alopecia areata by compound Glycyrrhizin combined with locally applied minoxidil, and improves the symptom of alopecia areata lesions, regulates Th1/Th2 cytokine to balance, also has high security, so it has some guide significance to severe alopecia areata's clinical treatment.
