The paper introduces the concept of linked data. Based on that the major application of linked data in library resources in- tegration is discussed, including realizing the portability of standard words, expanding the outside interface with other resources, explo- ring more collection resources, expanding service area, realizing semantic interoperability of knowledge organization system, providing open metadata service, etc.
