China's Innovation Road of High-Speed Railway Technology——Analysis Based on the Patent Statistics

摘要 该文从专利角度解读了全球高铁领域的技术创新情况,分析了我国高铁产业的创新发展状况。全球范围来看,高铁技术创新步伐稳健,主要国家或地区对外专利布局活跃,但专利申请集中度较低。相比之下,中国高铁产业技术发展迅速,国内优势企业正在形成,各领域技术均衡发展,但在专利布局相对不足的情况下,我国企业面临着较为复杂激烈的国内外竞争。 At present, China has established the world's largest high-speed railway network. This article interprets the innovation status quo of China's high-speed railway industry in view of patent statistics. The global innovation of high-speed railway technology shows stable pace. Main countries or regions are active on abroad patent filing, but the filing concentration degree is low. Comparatively, China's high speed railway technology develops quickly with the emerging of superior companies and balanced development in each field, but due to the lack of patent de- ployment, Chinese enterprises is facing complicated and fierce competitions.
