摘要
药物从进入机体到发挥治疗作用,经历了复杂的生物药剂学、药物动力学、药效动力学等过程。与生物药剂学阶段比较,基于血中药物测定的药物动力学更直接关系到治疗效果。可见开展治疗药物检测对于临床个体化合理用药的意义。与药剂科等相关科室开展跨部门合作,通过软件界面,以实验研究的形式,进行数据收集,在进行校验后,生成信息数据库:并根据临床及实验研究的需要,提供各种数据的快速查询、数据统计和分析功能。项目成果用于指导临床选择适合不同个体的最佳治疗方案和最合适的治疗剂量,切实协助解决实验室研究中的数据采集和管理中的难题,大大节约人力物力资源,有利于提高研究效率。
Drugs from entering the body to play a role of treatment, through a complex process of biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and etc. Compared with biopharmaceutical stage, based on the determination of drugs in blood dynamics is more directly related to the efficacy of treatment. To carry out the treatment drug detection is of great significance for clinical individualized medication . Our related department pharmacy and inter-departmental cooperation, through the software interface, in the form of experimental research, data collection and after the check, information generated to the database;According to the needs of clinical and experimental research, provides a variety of quick inquiry, data statistics and data analysis capabilities. This project results in guides clinical select best plan suited to different individual treatment and the most appropriate treatment doses, to help solve difficult problems in data collection and management in laboratory research, greatly saving manpower and resources, improve study' s efficiency.
