突发性耳聋与内耳及听觉中枢的血供关系密切,高压氧治疗能恢复螺旋器细胞功能,可作为该病首选,发病后1周内疗效会更好。治疗突发性耳聋药物分为5类。国内HBO治疗突发性聋的研究有了新的:已经建立了动物模型,并应用核磁共振进行研究。本研究归纳各地治疗突发性聋的方法并予以评价。提出如果能统一对照组,得出的对研究结论会更可靠,需要以后来完善。
