摘要 目的评价阿奇霉素口服和磺胺醋酰钠眼水点眼两种方法治疗沙眼的疗效差异。方法对2013年1月至2013年5月在我院诊治的60例沙眼患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30人,分别采用阿奇霉素口服和磺胺醋酰钠眼水点眼两种方法进行治疗,然后对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果阿奇霉素口服治疗沙眼治愈率为86.7%,磺胺醋酰钠眼水点眼治愈率2为70.0%,两种治疗方法的治愈率比较差别有统计学意义(χ=10.24,P=0.0014,P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素口服治疗沙眼的效果优于磺胺醋酰钠眼水点眼,且用药简单,依从性好,是一种治疗沙眼值得普及的方法。 Objetive To explore the effective differences of two drugs: Azithromycin and sulfacetamide sodium eye drops in the treatment of tracoma. Methods 30 cases of tracoma in each group in our hospital from January to May in 2013 year were treated by oral Azithromyein and sulfaeetamide sodium eye drops respectively and then these clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results The cure rate of oral Azithromycin was 86.7%, suifacetamide sodium eye drops was 70.0%, and there was significantly difference between two groups(x 2=10.24, P=0.0014, P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with sulfacetamide sodium eye drops, oral Azithromycin can effectively treat trachoma better, moreover it is simple and with better compliance. Oral Azitbromyein for tracoma is worth being vigorously recommended.
