Design and Development of Information System for Farmer

本研究是国家“九五”科技攻关项目“农业决策支持系统及信息技术的研究”内容的一部分.本文回顾分析了国内外农业信息网络发展的现状与存在的问题.介绍了该信息系统的设计思想、总体框架与功能,并提出了农民实用信息系统进一步的发展对策.

This research was a part of the Studies on Agricultural Decision Support System and Information Technology, which was key technologg R&D programme during the ninth five-year plan period. This paper reviewed recent status and problems on process of agricultural information network developing in China and abroad, and introduced Design thought, general workframe and function. Meanwhile further developing suggestions were give.
