摘要
本文研究了穗萌抑制剂 (IS)、比久 (B9)、多效唑 (PP333)三种抑制物质田间处理对杂交水稻组合协优 46 (X46 )和汕优 10号 (S10 )种子生活力和胚贮藏蛋白的影响。结果表明 ,抑制物质处理有利于保持杂交水稻种子的生活力和活力 ,其中以 IS处理效果最为明显 ,经常温贮藏 2 0个月后 ,IS处理的 X46和 S10种子发芽率分别比对照高 19.0 %和 12 .5 % ,发芽指数分别比对照提高 6 .7和 6 .5。不同生活力的杂交水稻种子 ,吸胀 2 4小时后的胚贮藏蛋白电泳图谱有显著差异 ,在分子量为 45 .0~ 2 0 5 .0 KD之间最为明显 ,生活力和活力较高的种子 ,其胚贮藏蛋白谱带条数和浓度皆多于或高于低生活力和低活力种子。
This paper deals with the effects of field treatment with Sprouting inhibitor(IS)、PaclobutrazolPP333)、daminozide(B9)on seed viability and storage proteins in embryo of hybrid rice, two combination X46 and S10 were studied. The results suggested that the seed viability and vigour could be retained at higher levels after treated by three inhibiting substances. IS treatment got most abvious effect. Treated by IS and stored at room temperature for 20 months afterwards,the seed germination percent of X46、S10 were 19.0%、12.5% higher than its CK,respectively; the seed germination index of X46、S10 were 6.7、6.5 higher than its CK, respectively. Imbibed 24hours, the differences of electrophesis diagrams of storage proteins in embryo were significant among the seed lots with different viability, especially the molecular weight of subunits were in the range of 45.0-205.0KD. The protein diagrams of higher viability or higher vigour seed had more number and dark color density than that of lower viability of lower vigour seeds.
