摘要
高压压气机转子叶片的精锻件图设计,是一个需要综合考虑的设计过程。不仅需要设计出叶片锻件造型,还要确定出合理的检测基准点和合理的加工余量,这样才能从设计上保证后续加工的顺利进行。本文重点介绍了在高压压气机转子叶片精锻件图的设计中,检测基准点和各部分加工余量的确定思路与方法。
The high pressure compressor rotor blade precision forging process design is a design process with comprehensive account. It not only needs to design the blade forging molding, but also determine a reasonable testing datum point and reasonable machining allowance, such can ensure the follow-up processing smoothly from design. This paper introduces the determination thought and method of detection of reference points and the machining allowance in the high pressure compressor rotor blade precision forging map design.
