Under the circumstance of the fierce market competition and the rapid upgrading of products, small micro enterprises can improve the competitive advantage of the whole alliance and enterprises through establishing dynamic alliance. The paper firstly defines the dynamic alliance, and then analyzes the necessity of building dynamic alliance from the interior and exterior of small micro enterprise, in the end, puts forward the selection of structure and operation mode of dynamic alliance of small micro enterprises.
