In recent years, the company has been focusing on market development, engineering management and operation control. The joint efforts of cadres and workers bring rapid progress of the company. But there are still many problems affecting the company＇s progress. This article tries to discuss the importance of workforce stability from enterprise culture construction, completed and fair performance assessment and improving the treatment of technicists and front line workers.
