近几年来,本公司以市场开发、工程管理、经营管理为重点,依靠干部职工的共同努力,使公司的发展有了很快的进步。但是,仍有许多问题影响着企业前进的步伐。本文作者试图从企业文化建设、健全公平绩效考核、加大技术人员和一线职工待遇方面来论述职工队伍稳定的重要性。
In recent years, the company has been focusing on market development, engineering management and operation control. The joint efforts of cadres and workers bring rapid progress of the company. But there are still many problems affecting the company's progress. This article tries to discuss the importance of workforce stability from enterprise culture construction, completed and fair performance assessment and improving the treatment of technicists and front line workers.
