适应蓝色经济发展需求的高技能人才培养模式研究——以应用化工技术专业人才培养模式改革为例

Research on the Talents Training Mode Meeting the Requirements of Qingdao Blue Industry Development:Taking the Talents Training Mode Reform of Applied Chemical Technology as an Example

本文以服务国家海洋发展战略为目标,立足为青岛蓝色经济先行区产业建设输送高素质、高技能人才,在转方式、调结构、培养高技能人才方面,主动服务青岛蓝色经济和产业发展。在学院"学教做一体化"人才培养模式的统领下,以应用化工技术专业为试点,实施"1.5+1.5"专业人才培养模式改革,形成系统的、基于蓝色经济发展的人才培养模式理论和案例,为同类院校提供成功的范式。

The paper aims at serving the national strategy of marine development, based on transporting high qualified and skilled talents to the industry construction of Qingdao Blue Economy site in the aspects of transferring mode, adjusting structure and cultivating talents. In accordance with talents cultivation mode ＂Learning, Teaching and Doing Integration＂, taking the major in Applied Chemical Industry Technology as a pilot, it implements the talents cultivation mode reform＂1.5＋1.5＂to form the systematic theory and case, based on the talents cultivation mode for blue economy development, even to supply the typical paradigm to the same kind of colleges.
