农业产业化发展的若干问题及对策研究

Study on Series of Matters and Strategy on Development of Agricultural Industrialization

论述了农业产业化的内涵及意义 ,并针对当前我国农业产业化发展中存在的问题进行了分析。据此 ,提出了推进我国农业产业化的对策思路是 :完善农村合作经济组织 ;提高农民的整体科技文化素质 ;促进农业科技企业的建立和发展 ;推进土地适度规模经营 ;建立合理的农业风险保障机制 ;加强农业信息市场建设。

The connotation and function of agricultural industrialization are expounded. The matters on the development of agricultural industrialization in China are also discussed and analyzed. On these grounds, a strategic thought on promoting agricultural industrialization in China is put forward such as perfecting rural cooperative economy organization ,improving the whole quality of peasants in scientific culture,promoting the build and the development of rural scientific enterprise,carrying the land managing to a moderate scale and establishing rational safeguard mechanism for agricultural risk,strengthening the construction of agricultural information market etc.
