苏北游泳场馆救生员履职现状及其归因分析

Analysis on Swimming Pool Lifeguard Duty Status and Attribution in Northern Jiangsu

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对苏北游泳场馆救生员构成状况、救生员职业期望、职业满足状况、救生员履职与否等现状进行分析,为苏北游泳场馆优化管理,最大限度的减少游泳场馆事故的发生提出自己的指导策略。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the swimming pool lifeguard structure, career aspirations, career meeting status, lifeguard per- formance, such as whether or not to undertake a situation analysis, for the optimum management of swimming pool complex in northern Jiangsu, minimize the swimming complex accident raised their guidance strategy.
