在堤防工程施工中 ,对于面大、量广、劳动密集型施工项目 ,由于人、原材料质量、环境等因素的影响和干扰 ,其工序质量难以实现全面有效的控制。通过在工序活动前、活动中及活动结束后采取质量监控措施 ,使工序质量监控中的难点基本得到了解决 ,并取得了较好效果。

Because of interactions and distur bances of many factors generated in dyke construction, such as vast construction site, large engineering volume, labor intensive style, different qualities of crude materials, different environment conditions, etc., the construction qualities of every working procedures are difficult in implementing overall effective control. Through adopting quality monitoring and control measures used in the working procedure activities before construction, in construction period and after completion, respectively, the difficult problems occurred in the working procedure construction quality control have been elementally solved, and good effects achieved.
