摘要
介绍了CA6SF2-23E4N1天然气发动机的性能开发过程及Woodward OH2.0系统的特点。开发过程主要包括标定新增控制模块;优化燃烧室、压缩比及涡流比;标定充气效率、点火提前角、空燃比、增压压力并最终确定发动机性能;最后完成OH2.0系统电控控制参数的标定开发。
The performance development of CA6SF2-23E4N1 NG engine and characteristics of Woodward OH 2.0 system are intro- duced in this paper. The new added control module, the shape of combustion chamber, compression ratio, swirl ratio, volumetric effi- ciency, ignition advance angle, air-fuel ratio and boost pressure are adjusted to get target of engine performance. Finally, the control parameter is confirmed in the OH2.0 system.
