摘要
为研究燃油系统参数变化对发动机性能的影响,首先,利用LMS-AMESIM软件搭建了燃油系统和发动机热力学计算模型,并利用实测的喷油规律和气缸压力数据分别对其进行了验证。然后,利用验证后的子模型与Matlab/simulink建立的发动机控制模型建立耦合模型。利用耦合模型重点研究了喷油器控制阀升程变化对发动机转速和轨压的影响。计算结果表明:控制阀升程变化对发动机性能有很大的影响,怠速工况点时,转速波动随着控制阀升程的变大而变大,最大扭矩点时,转速和功率随着控制阀升程变大而降低。
The work was to investigate the impact on the engine performance due to the parameter changes in fuel system. An engine model combined with fuel system was developed using LMS-AMESIM code, and it was validated against experiment date for injection rate and cylinder pressure. The control logic was developed using Matlab/simulink and coupled with the engine model mentioned before to make sure the model integrity. The primary study was performed on the influence of injector solenoid valve lift. The simulation showed that the lift had a great effect on the engine performance. At idle speed point, with lift increase, the speed tended to be more fluctuant; at the maximum torque point, the speed and power was found to decrease with the increase of lift.
