摘要
为了研究散热带与主片装配间隙对管带式汽车发动机散热器传热与空气阻力性能的影响,利用风洞试验测试和数值计算分析了不同装配间隙下多个管带组合结构的散热器芯体。装配间隙引起的漏风对不同管带组合的散热器芯体性能均产生不利影响,对散热带节距不均匀、芯体长度较小的芯体影响显著。在设计管带式散热器时通过合理控制装配间隙可以提高散热器芯体的散热性能。
In order to study the heat transfer and air pressure drop performance of automobile ribbon-tubular radiator having ribbon- header clearance, numerical simulation and wind tunnel test are carried out on some radiator cores with different kinds of ribbon and tube. Leakage flow caused by the clearance is disadvantageous to the heat transfer performance of all the cores, especially to the une- ven ribbon pitch and small length core. Heat transfer performance can be improved by controlling the clearance between ribbon and header of radiator core.
