面向二十一世纪的中国海洋地质调查

China's Marine Geological Survey for the Twenty-First Century

加强海洋地质调查工作是我国建设海洋强国的战略需要。美、日、俄、加、英等国家科技先进,装备优良,海洋地质调查成果卓著,值得学习、借鉴。中国的海洋地质调查在设备、技术、调查程度等方面落后于发达国家。建议:海洋地质调查需要统一规划、统一管理、统一部署;既要有系统的、连续的中长期国家统一规划,也要有短期的、针对性的近期重点工作部署;加强研发和技术能力建设;加强宣传、教育,提升全民海洋意识,大力培养专业技术人才。

Strengthening the marine geological survey work is the strategy needs for the construction of marine economic powerful nation. This paper points out that China should learn from some developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Russia, Canada and United Kingdom who are with advanced science and technology, excellent equipment, and remarkable marine geological survey results. The specific methods include： unified planning, management and deployment is needed for marine geological survey; we not only have systematic, consecutive mid and long term State’s united programming, but also have short-term, targeted deployment for the recent key work; at the same time, the construction of technology and R ＆ D capabilities, as well as publicity and education must be strengthened; marine consciousness of the whole people must be improved; and we must also exert ourselves to train the technical personnel.
