我国海外矿产资源风险勘探的资金支持研究

Research on China's Financial Support for Overseas Mineral Resources Exploration Risk

在资源全球化的时代背景下,我国对海外矿产资源的依赖程度越来越高,加强海外风险勘探,可实现在世界范围内配置矿产资源,且存在发展空间和重大机遇。我国海外风险勘探的资金来源有:国家资金,社会资金,企业自有资金,海外资金。我国海外风险勘探的资金支持建议:⑴完善国家的金融支持;⑵加快完善矿产勘探资本市场;⑶多种渠道融资。

In the era of resource globalization, China has been more and more dependence on overseas mineral resources. There is always room for improvement and great opportunities for China to strengthen the overseas risk exploration, thus realizing the allocation of mineral resources throughout the world. This paper introduces the source of funds for overseas risk exploration such as state funds, social funds, funds at the disposal of enterprises, and overseas funds. In addition, this paper offers some proposals for China’s financial support for overseas risk exploration, the specific focus are： we should improve the state financial support and the capital markets of mineral exploration, as well as various financing channels.
