论高校学生助理辅导员非权力影响力的提高途径

On the Ways to Improve College Student Counselor Assistants' Non-power Influence

学生助理辅导员的产生,不仅是对高校辅导员队伍的有效补充,而且是一种制度创新,经过十几年的摸索、探究,越来越多的高校都实行了助理辅导员制度。但助理辅导员毕竟是学生,如何使他们在学生管理、思想政治教育等日常工作中提高效率,得到新生的认可,笔者认为,这与助理辅导员自身的非权力影响力密不可分。本文从助理辅导员制度、非权力影响力内涵、提升学生助理辅导员非权力影响力的途径三方面进行阐述。

The production of student counselor assistant is not only an effective supplement to university instructors but also a kind of institution innovation.After more than 10 years of exploration,more and more colleges and universities have implemented counselor assistant system.But assistant counselors are students,as for how to make them more efficient in the management of students,ideological and political education in daily work,and get a recognition by new students,the author thinks,this is inseparable with assistant counselors about their non-power influence.This paper expounds from three aspects：the assistant counselor system,the connotation of non-power influence,and the ways of enhancing student counselor assistants＇ non-power influence.
