Review of Adult Higher Education and Core Competitiveness

本文从成人高等教育的发展经历、现状以及未来的展望三个方面出发,阐述现代社会中成人高等教育有一席之地必须要有自己的核心竞争力,如何打造成人高等教育的核心竞争力将是成人教育发展必须考虑的核心问题。本文结合现状,就成人高等教育的选择模式、教育体制和教学方式等方面进行剖析,阐述成人高等教育核心竞争力。

Starting from the development experience, current sit-uation and future prospect of adult higher education, this paper elucidates the necessity of core competitiveness for adult higher education to occupy a position in modern society and the estab-lishment of core competitiveness as the core issue in the develop-ment of adult education. Combined with the current situation, this paper analyzes the selection mode, education system and teach-ing method of adult higher education, and interprets the core competitiveness of adult higher education.
